Calendar links

Every show on an artist page has an Add to Calendar button. Tap it and a small menu opens — Apple, Google, or Outlook — so the show lands in whichever calendar you actually use, venue, date, time and all. Friday-you actually remembers what Tuesday-you was excited about.

What it works with

Pick the calendar you actually use — same show details, three ways to add it:

  • Apple — a standard calendar file (.ics) that opens straight into Apple Calendar, or anything else that reads .ics
  • Google — opens Google Calendar with the event pre-filled
  • Outlook — opens Outlook with the event pre-filled

You don’t need an account or an app beyond the calendar you already have.

If a show changes

Apple Calendar recognizes the same show on a repeat tap and updates your existing entry instead of duplicating it.

Google and Outlook open a fresh “add this event” screen each time, so retapping after a change adds a second entry rather than fixing the first. If you’re not sure a show’s still accurate, the artist’s page always has the current details — it updates the moment they confirm a change.

For artists

There’s nothing to set up — calendar links are automatic on every show you confirm. It’s one of the quiet ways one text does a lot of work.
