Fixing a mistake or cancelling a show

Shows change. Times move, gigs fall through. The fix is the same as the booking: text it.

Before you’ve confirmed

If our summary text has something wrong in it, don’t reply yes — reply with the correction. “Doors are at 10, not 9.” We’ll send a fresh summary. Confirm when it’s right.

After the show is live

Text the change to your number the same way you texted the gig:

Tipitina’s Friday moved to 10pm

the June 12 Maple Leaf show is cancelled

A cancelled show comes off your public page. A changed show updates everywhere the original went — your page and the calendar link included.

When in doubt, just say it plainly

You don’t need magic words. Name the show, say what changed. If the system isn’t sure what you meant, it routes to a real person instead of guessing — we’d rather be slow than wrong about your gig.
