Talk to a human

Everything on I Got A Gig is built so you shouldn’t need this page often. But when you do, you get a person — not a ticket number.

Email us

help@igotagig.com

That’s the front door for everything: something looks wrong on your page, a text didn’t do what you expected, you want to change your handles or your photo, or you’re just not sure how something works.

What to include

Tell us three things and we can usually fix it in one reply:

  • Who you are — artist name (or the artist whose page you were on, if you’re a fan)
  • What happened — what you texted or tapped, and what you expected
  • Where — a link to the page, if there is one

A screenshot never hurts.

Artists: you can also just text

Your I Got A Gig number is a real line into the system. If something about a show is wrong, texting the correction is usually faster than email — and if the system can’t figure out what you mean, it hands your message to a human anyway.

We’re a small crew in New Orleans and we go to the same shows you play. You’ll hear back from someone who knows your name.

Still stuck? Email help@igotagig.com — you'll get a person.
